keilin-4 😊 an hour and twenty minutes later, a sucking hunger is noticed. 12 grams of carbs was all it took to make that monster wake up. Cooling it down with water, and feel quite waterlogged at the moment. Assume plenty of time need to pass before I may be able to enjoy carbs again.

Are Durians the fruit that have a very strong unpleasant odor to them?

Oh my! I am sorry, I usually eat 50% of carbs per day.(good ones) Most of the the time a try to stay away from refined sugar too , it also makes me hungry (no problem with fruits)

Kenna, yes. Durian is forbidden in most hotels due to their smell. But for flavor, they are unreal. Rare threat. Hopeful that I can get to enjoy them more while in maintenance. CrashtestDawnie Thank you. 🙂 Keilin-4 Believe 6-12 months of current menu should normalize things. Hoping anyway. ,😉

Awesome! way to go back on fruits with the most beneficial packed stinkiest one on earth! Hope you enjoy! I never had the pleasure to indulge on such a grand fruit. Let us know how you feel after eating some, I think it may give a energy boost.

eat_les They do give a great rise in enery and wellness when being on a more normal diet. Right now I eat slow acting foods with restriction. Quick acting foods wake up the Hunger Monster too easily at this stage.
