Didn't eat badly yesterday, but had tequila instead of vodka for cocktails. I don't do it often, but probably could have made better choices on the cocktails. Or not. Cucumber margaritas. Delicious. Chances of making them at home? None.

My plantains were a literal three round slices.

Swimming hard after work. Got some making up or burning off to do. My new fins arrived late yesterday, we'll see how that goes. All of this increases resistance in the water and will build muscle. I still can't believe I let myself go to the point where I wasn't gaining but my body fat percentage was going up. SMH, never again. Not for anyone.
