Lift Day Weigh-in
54 Days on Spring Cut; 14 Days on Final Sprint
11 Hours Fasted

Pre-refeed low = 182.0#
Post refeed = 188.8#
Morning after = 187.2#

Kept it down to a 2 hour refeed window. That did the trick. Felt sick AF after only ~2500k anyway. (Late night chili cheese dogs split on the grill with extra peppers and Chipotle cream sauce prolly wasn't the most sensible choice, but they did leave me fetal on the couch, which very effectively ended my refeed. None of this "bone broth" and watermelon refeed bullsh^t for me.) Also helped to start the refeed late.

Too lean for the long fast to be the best approach going forward I think. I am going to try a flex fast. Fast/Cut until below prior fat low of 10.9%. Pay close attention to strength and performance in and out of the gym. Decide whether to push it or refeed. Level up the refeed for better nutrition.

Squats today. Cardio/Abs tomorrow. Goal is to be 10.9% or better by Tuesday a.m. Weigh-in.

I shouldn't laugh, but I have also done the sick AF 'fetal position' during a refeed. And I was laying there I was thinking "and I would do it again". Yes there is a weight gain on a refeed, but on June 1st you were 196! To be down nearly 10 pounds in 3 weeks is insane!

Karma is a B#$@h! So I ate 'Keto' today and had a large amount of ground beef, cheese and eggs. Then went on a 7 mile run... then got so sick I had to walk back the last 2 miles. Multiple trips to the bathroom. Alka Selzer, the works. Now I find myself laying in bed... in the fetal position. Good news, I'm down 3 pounds since Friday :) Also good news is that the 'feast' planned at my wife's dinner party starts in 2 hours and right now I couldn't eat a thing.
