Not strange. Breakfast can be anything you want. In some parts of the world it's a bowl of rice and pickled veggies others a bowl of cooked legumes.

I always like smoked salmon for breakfast, this looks delish!! Also good through scrambled eggs.. with sour cream!

It looks delicious. My train of thought is that we eat what we want when we want. The elusive whoever that decreed certain foods at certain times of day can do that. We real people eat as we want. I am proud of you and your choices.

I am proud of you, too! When I eat something unconventional people give me funny looks but I tell myself I have to eat it and enjoy it and am not pressuring anyone else to follow suit!
