Peanut butter and coconut keto cookies.
-3/4 cup peanut butter
-1/4 cup shredded coconut
-3 to 4 tablespoons of butter
-1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1 large egg
- Sweetener to taste
- pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients, in a tray with waxed paper place 9 to 10 portions, bake at 200 ° c for 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges look toasted. Rest in a grid.

LINDZSA, you can find peanut butter without sugar in it, but it is difficult. Peanuts themselves may not that great for extreme low carb, but like many minimally processed foods, a taste is OK on keto. Personally, I would not be able to eat any of these without consequence. My body requires me to be very strict.
