I am a follower of Jesus first - after that I am a business woman who is a wife, mother, and proud Nana. ... went though menopause...packed on some pounds...recently quit smoking... bam... every pound in the city attached itself to my lower half! AND - I made it a point to not eat one thing more or different than prior to the quite... I'm quite OCD so that was not hard to do.
