The problem with any social media platform is that there are going to be people who disagree with you, and some who are not going to do it in a nice way. The best thing to do is just ignore it. I am just as guilty of this as anyone here, I have responded to things that I should have let pass. I have learned that some people are just out to cause a stir and in the end, its not worth it. Let's all agree today to just let things pass, if someone says something you dont agree with or like, just move on. Dont instigate, dont get involved, just move on. Its easier than getting riled up and causing upset over something that neither party is going to change their mind on.
I am not looking at a major loss this week, I am just hoping its not a gain. I had a bad food weekend, and as we all know, its hard to jump back on the pony once its run a few miles ahead of you. I am working on it, but itll be a close race, come Friday weigh in. I will accept whatever it is, I mean, I have to because I know that it will be ok. I will get past this week and kill again next week. Life is about living, and thats what I am learning, how to live again. Going to the mall, eating in front of strangers, eating slower and enjoying the time with people. Its all a learning process, learning to live again, one step at a time.
Today I will pray for willpower for all of us. I will pray that our addictions do not win, whatever they may be. I will pray for knowledge and understanding of our bodies and how to properly care for them. I will thank God for the new day, the new chance to make a memory. I will pray for restoration in relationships and healed broken hearts. I will pray for strength and endurance, I will pray that the Lord blesses each and every one of us beyond measure!! In His holy name, Amen!!
