My garden medley of bok choy and peppers in spicey fermented garlic and brown rice paste (gouchang paste) I may have spelled that wrong. Its damn tasty though.

Did you make this? I was just reading that it's good to eat fermented things and bok choy before traveling abroad. I need this right now :) It looks amazing!

I bought the gouchang paste. Highly recommend it. The flavor is superb

I make a mean Korean American Meatloaf with the Gochu flakes and glazed with a mix of ketchup and Korean Black Bean Paste. If you have access to the BBP it's awesome.
