Semua berawal dari lebaran tahun 2017, pertama kali sadar klo "sudah saatnya diet dan harus berubah" dan sampai sekarang masih terus berjuang :')

Hal yang kusadari
🏔 ga ada yg instan, ga ada batas waktu, sedikit demi sedikit lebih baik daripada jor2an di depan, terus ga konsisten 💣💥
🧘‍♀️ badan sehat, jiwa ikut sehat. Jadi lebih tertata hidup ini klo rajin merawat diri, karena bagaimanapun olahraga itu disempatkan, bukan cari2 alasan 🐒 (kaum mageran)
🐌 prosesnya itu panjang, buktinya sekarang sdh 4 tahun dan aku tu masih gitu2 aja, ga goals2 entah kenapa salahnya dimana hiks, sampai berjamur n bersarang laba2 🕷 tapi aku masih aktif di aplikasi ini. Naik turun stuck disitu2 aja mbulet. PR: creating good habits, instead of seasonal diet
👩‍🏫 jangan overthinking, jangan perfeksionis, lakukan aja hal baik, pasti akan menuai hal baik jg, jaga makan, olahraga yg rajin, pake skincare, ga usah kasih batas waktu, ga usah mikirin hasilnya, jalanin aja dulu 😇
🔝🆙🔃 muter2 disitu terus — focus on sustainable healthy lifestyle
❤ berproses menjadi lebih dewasa, dalam hal mengatur diri sendiri jadi pribadi yg lebih baik (general banget) tapi memang bener, manage diri sendiri dulu lah, urus diri sendiri, jadilah pemimpin, jangan males 💔
🎻 embrace your own curve, setiap orang terlahir dengan fitur masing2, ada yang kutilang, ada yang curvy, kelebihan disyukuri, kekurangan ya sabar, love itu kata kerja, butuh effort untuk selflove
🙄 there is science behind this, gimana caranya mecahin kodenya? focus & disiplin, bukan motivasi lagi
Conclusion: Diet= kalori keluar > kalori masuk, Olahraga yg terbaik= yg dikerjakan

New here need to lose alot
Hello fanak7, welcome to FS.. I agreed to abbadabba, just eat healthy, be more active, sleeping enough, manage your stress level, for lose a lot of weight, try to set some minigoal to divide the weight you want to lose, to be more spesific and smaller. Good luck to you and God bless!!

Exercise
Because it health suggestion to sleep for 7-8 hours/day. But it so difficult to do if we are night owl Very Happy So, I edited it every day to 5-6 hours

The Instant Noodle Mystery
I think just read the nutritional fact table in the packages.. take attention to the "calories per serving" and "serving per package". If it contain more than one serving, it means you should to multiplying it. Don't surpised, because instan noodles have calories around 300-400kkal for 80-90gr dried, 400-500kkal for >90gr dried. The calories come from the noodles and the seasoning sauce/oil. Just make sure to reduce the intake.
