back from another long trip. hoping some extended time at home will stabilize routine, eating, exercising, sleeping.....life. recently added 10 min calisthenics to base activity. about to do 4 mile run, then palates class tonight (to have shared activity with my wife). back on the wagon, so to speak. wishing you all a productive day.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
