One more cup of coffee, then i will get to it. I have a couple of nsvs to share:

1) i was riding shotgun in the car (15 yo boxy suv), and i had to reach for my purse, which was on the floor at my feet. It was a minute before i realized, *i just freakin' reached down and grabbed my purse off the floor!* For the last few years my big middle has been in the way. It is so embarrassing to feel like an overturned turtle and have to ask someone to help! Pretty major. In fact, reaching the floor, or my shoelaces, is considerably easier.

2) i keep not making my 10k steps. Last night i had 1200 to go @ a little after 11. I got out of bed and just walked back and forth in my bedroom. It took less than 15 mins, and i got my little tracker fireworks display.

3) my chest has gone down a lot. I found super cheap and comfy sports bras that fit!! They were $9 for 2 so i bought 10.

You are on a roll! Love that you walked around your room, I do this too!! Just to meet my goal on steps, I literally make rounds around the house. That's great! Keep up the great work and Thank you for all your support also! Xx
