wow. not to that degree. I make parts then assemble night before work. boil 5 to 6 dozen eggs bake 6 chicken breasts. then frozen broccoli and some form of carb day before or morning of. this is some serious discipline man.

Nice. Too much work for me tho. I have a variety of foods I can eat and pick and choose each day. I just eat all the protein I can and some fruit or veg. I log EVERYTHING I eat. I STICK TO my calorie limits (the high protein makes it easy). I'm not even getting constipated. I just use one tiny gentle laxative at bedtime to make up for the low fiber. Protein, protein, protein. My tip is don't make your diet yicky like the food is punishment. And count all your calories; estimate up, and don't lie to yourself. Good luck to all of us, it's still hard - hard to stick to a diet and hard to keep the wt off.

Not me. I just check what I can do for the moment I guess I need to be motivated to do this. Nice plans

Everybody needs to figure out their method. It's great we can chat and help each other. I know I sure do love it. It really is a family.

Jipper, just curious how much protein your eating to have to use a laxative? Most weeks I'm over 300g a day with no problems like that.

Great tip jipper: good eating doesn't have = punishment! Best if it doesn't!

Nice work! When I am cutting I do. Only I just enter directly into FS in advance for the week. Takes 5 minutes max as I have meals saved and eat the same foods repeatedly.

Meal prep is the best! I usually do twice a week. It saves so much time and money especially for work lunches. I also found out the "meal prep" containers are actually pretty hard to cram more than 700 calories into (making sure there's 1-2 servings of veg doesn't leave enough room to add too many high calorie ingredients).

I should do this - I just can't find the time and I'm a horrible cook.
