... I think the reason it taste so good to you is because you consider the price to be a 'good value' Hahaha :) Take care of yourself.

So sorry. Hopefully your pain will subside with some rest. Good luck with your diet change... Never heard about that powder. But taking note. I always look for good protein powder since I love shakes.

Liv I hope this pain goes away soon. Hard to concentrate 😒 The isopure I bought has 0 grams of fat, 2 grams of carbs, and 25 protein. It’s sweetened with monk fruit and stevia

I hope you feel better soon. Is there a clinic in your area that is possibly based on income?

Ibuprofen and a heating pad when you can. I’m sorry, I know that sucks. Hopefully it will get better quickly. 💕

Sciatica sucks. I suggest adding turmeric, black pepper, and coconut oil (or butter) to tea or coffee or whatever warm drink you prefer. It really does help if the nerve is being pinched due to inflammation.

Check out "Bob and Brad - physical therapists" on YouTube. They have a couple of good sciatica videos for avoidance and treatment. Know the first line of treatment is usually rest and warmth. Doc will tell you same thing and charge you money. Sciatica sucks. So sorry.

I've been using CBD cream on my knee and it seems to help. My brother puts Theraworx on his back and legs for pain and cramps from Walmart. I've used both. I like them both. We get the Theraworx foam. It's easier to put where you want it to go. Pain is no fun.

Your increased pain could be a result of the sugar in the cookies you ate. I was researching foods that increase inflammation because I have osteoarthritis and am in need of a hip replacement. Sugar, vegetable and soy oils, fried foods, dairy, wheat, factory processed bread, artificial transfats, alcohol, processed meats and processed foods all have been identified as foods that can cause inflammation this leading to pain.
Ibuprofen is an excellent anti-inflamatory so it's great for pain. Also soaking in Epsom salts or applying ice or heat. I have also found the essential oil Copaiba very effective. It is derived from trees that grow in Brazil and has been used for centuries for pain. It can be massaged directly into the painful areas and taken orally. 3 - 4 drops under the tongue. Tastes like eat trees so I follow the drops with a piece of fruit or small amount of juice to get rid of the taste. 🙂
Hope this helps.

Thanks so much for all the advice! I think walking around has helped. The pain is slightly less severe and I haven’t even taken any ibuprofen since this morning. I wish I would have thought about soaking in a hot bath. I’ll try that and take some turmeric too 👍

I’ve tried CBD before and it works great for pain relief. Kinda pricy though. There are a lot of medical marijuana places popping up in Miami now so I might be cheaper now.

try having some magnesium for any muscle soreness. i've been struggling with lower back pain/ hip pain for 2 years so i know how awful it feels. hope you feel better....keep stretching and try to stretch out your hips/glutes as they are all connected to your back.
