hi all,
i'm 46 years old and a mother of one incredible 11 year old girl who is my joy because she can make me laugh when i need it the most :) i'm married to a great guy who is my rock and my best friend....who can ask for anything more, except may be if he can only make his bed ;)
my main goal is to get healthy, not just physically, but also emotionally and spiritually as well since having God in my life is a blessing and brings me peace when i need it the most.
i've been struggling for quite some time with emotional/stress eating, but it is getting better and since recording my calorie intake, its been helping me see what areas i need to improve in.
i would love to reach my weight goal of 145lbs by the end of year, but honestly, i've got to remember to celebrate the little steps each day that i achieve, even if its as simple as not going over my rdi for the day.
