Hunger Free Fasting Plan

After a bit of trial and error, I have seemed to have come up with a fasting system that avoids the uncomfortable feeling of hunger.

Day 1 - (less than 1000 calories) - No solid food, but I exercise a lot and drink a lot of water. * A Must: I take Hi-Lyte Electrolyte Concentrate * (taking an electrolyte concentrate each day is required for me to not have adverse 'symptoms' and dehydration).

Day 2+ - (less than 10 carbs a day - calories don't matter) - I drink a Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder with Heavy Whipping Cream (300 calories - 3 carbs) every night. I still exercise a lot. Really important, Otherwise fasting can be a chore.

I feel I must walk at least 15k steps and 1/2 hour of weight lifting to have high energy. Otherwise I feel sluggish.

Water fasting, what is that?
I plan to do a water only fast next week. Until now I have been doing liquid only fasts.

Why would a person want to do it? For me, it works. Turns out my body can live of the fat stored in my body. I do take vitamins however...
