Hi! I'm a single mom with 3 kids. I just moved into my own apartment after spending almost 2 years living with my parents! I started my journey to get healthy back on the 16th of April 2018. I lost about 50 in 5 months (keto and IF made it possible for me). I took a break for the holidays and then re-lost my gained weight in January. I was not satisfied with how my body looked and didn't want to lose anymore weight from dieting. So I focused on maintaining. A few months ago I got over my fear of the gym's weight room (aka shark pit) and started building a lot more muscle. I also started "bulking" to support muscle growth. With the stress of the move I took a break from the gym and now I'm getting back into it. Just a few weeks of not working out really set me back but I'm sure I'll bounce back in no time :)
