food diary techie question
Go to your weigh-in page, on the right you click on "restart" Diet. Then you can choose to hide the history before the restart. I think that will remove the old stuff.

Diverticulosis
I find that if I nuke the pumpkin seeds a bit (say 15-20 seconds) that they soften up a bit and make eating them easier.

Body image
Dang, I have that same little voice in my head, telling me negative things. I wish there were a mute button for it. Nuff said!
I try to remember that, like fine wine, age has its own beauty and bouguet. I am trying to focus on the positive.... and just keep moving forward and onward!! Hang in there!
