End of the month body measurements update. Scale did not move a lot in July. I weighed 126. It has been steady for over a week. But I have changed. Some of my midsection is noticeable smaller. Lower body changed less. Low stomach and thighs hanging on to fat. But I appreciated the small change that happened

I think people should throw their scales out the window . It's amazing how much we get caught up on weight ...but look at you! This is fantastic . Great work.
