Notes: Doctor recommended losing 5-10 lbs. Lost ~25 lbs to get to middle of normal range for my height. Did a high protein, lower carb diet for weight loss to lose fat without hurting muscle mass.

Goal 2: Eliminate chronic pain 🎉

Notes: Pain stopped being chronic. Prior to significant weight loss but after loss of the 10 lbs recommended by my doctor and after practicing yoga for 3 months. Still was on medication and seeing doctor frequently.

Goal 3: Establish a sustainable way of eating (WOE) that is nutritious
Notes: Currently following DASH eating plan. Has been great in allowing me to understand portions so that I can be free from logging food. Logged for 3 months in maintenance prior to feeling comfortable to deem my eating plan is habit. No longer logging. Noticed weight is harder to manage with increases in alcohol consumption. Still maintaining.

Goal 4: Increase potassium intake
Notes: Have increased from baseline but still need to improve.

Goal 5: Get off medication 🎉
Completed September 9, 2019
Notes: Pain free, med free. Now only annual visits to the doctor! Doctor was amazed by my progress - was surprise to me.

Goal 6: Get moving
Stop and Start
Notes: Being patient with understanding and learning my limitations. Limited range of motion so cannot participate in heavy exercise at this time. Focused on extension training and flexibility at the moment - start Oct 1st. Baby steps. Patience. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Goal 7: Increase calcium intake
Not Started
Notes: Per doc recommendation. Time to do some meal planning.

Goal 8: Get Lipid Profile - Tot Choles < 200, LDL < 130, HDL > 50
Not Started
Notes: Haven't had a bioscreening in a while.
