Drinking my morning Chia Water. I used to use that glass for wine! ;)

LOL Debbie. What is Chia water? You soak Chia seeds? Does it make it a bit like bubble tea?

I first had chia seed in a Del Monte (?) fruit cup a few years back and liked them. But then, I also like tapioca pudding and these are similar. @liv001, you soak 3 Tbs of chia seeds in 1 cup water for a few hours and then add 1 cup Almond Milk. I do it in a Ball jar, and shake it up good.

I love chia seeds in yogurt or cottage cheese. I also love them in water with lemon.

Have used the 3 tbl spoon of seeds with lemon juice a splash of honey with water now foe over a month. I have taken 6-8 oz on empty stomach in am and just before bed. Have lost several inches on my stomach!! and feel better over all. Even purged my skin oils in the 3 rd week crazy but it works. Im 60 yr old male. All hail chia seeds!
