Last picture ( a few weeks ago)of dead lifts was 2 ,25 lb weights. This time it is 2, 45 lbs weights on each side! Yes I am getting stronger! lol

I love deadlifts but we use two heavy dumbbells. - I would love it if they had a bar like that one!
