Slept much better...good Sunday morning...last night..off the processed Betty Crocker’s cookies..think I even pooped it all out yesterday..sure was in bathroom more then usual...a good thing..was happy to get back on track...

Took yesterday off..didn’t ride..but did go out and shovel the wet snow off front sidewalk..and in patches on drive..so if anyone came over..they could see where the drive was under the snow..with the cold wind..45 min..and I was back inside looking out...

Today’s plan..zwift ride of course..gotta get 412 more miles this month to get that new seat broke in..or should I say..get my butt broke in to the feel of. A leather seat..as long as it’s comfy..I’m happy..and so far..the last 18..was great...

Breakfast is over once again..do a few things..then get them endorphins up and moving...

I use to say I’m gonna try to do something...now I say...I CAN...

Today’s zwift ride...30.1 miles...1203 on elevation...2:01 on time...yes 2 hours something about hills...my route seems to go up them..even though the original plan was just miles today...my longest ride since my accident..like a door was opened for me..yes the last 5 miles seemed the longest...but kept telling myself...your almost there...I did it G

Ty steven...that seat does help..cept for last 5 miles..when your running on fumes....and its just 5 more miles

Thanks hcb most miles on trainer ive rode...i told a friend this morning i wanted to do 30 miles....and i proved to myself that i can do it..... ...
