UGH!!!! ....goood Saturday morning...birthday is over...sugar was a wake up call as to why I can’t eat it like I use to..had acid reflex last night..ended up in recliner..only place I could sleep..and not have the acid coming back around..tums were no good...I only ate 1/4 of the cookie..sister shared other 1/4...I put rest in a covered bowl last night to get it outta site...guess I should of done that sooner...probably why my whole body was aching so much yesterday...along with change of weather...

Back on track today...been snowing all night...might have 2-3 inches...little flakes...and I’m glad..suppose to be 38 today and rain..hopefully that will wash some of it away..or all of it...

Plan today...to get a zwift ride...break in that new leather seat on road bike/trainer...get more miles...seems like it’s never ending..but it’s what I enjoy doing for exercise...and that’s all part of staying in great shape...or at least it is for me...

Won’t be getting on scales for a day or two...I’m sure my body absorbed the processed cookies really good...be even better..when I don’t ach so much...my fault...knew better...did it anyway...I’m the horse you can lead to water...and then I stand there and say...no cookies with that...

No ride today...different exercise...moving wet snow to make where ties go on drive way...if anyone is brave enough to try an hit the drive way....I’m in for the day...cold wind ...

Thanks hcb...there were times I wasn’t sure that riding again would happen..but so glad I stuck with it all....

I am glad you got the new leather seat ... I bet it will make a much more comfortable ride for you. Flour products will make the joints ache. Not sure why, but they do it to me, too. Sorry about the acid reflux. I get that too. I take a digestive enzyme when I start getting that a lot. It really helps. You can get them on Amazon.
