I am so PROUD of myself! We had family game night with my parents and played cards. They brought over Fritos, Chips, Cookies, Skittles and other snacks. So I had everyone around me snacking out on all this while trying to play cards.

yum yum *munch crunch* omg.....

I DIDN'T take one bite. Not one... So good...nahnah nahnah nah nah!!!

Great job and excellent willpower!! The few times we’ve had snacks like that I’ve made sure to have raw veggies all ready and weighed. My own stash and a bigger one for others to share. I’m a mindless snacker on game nights :/. The veggies allow me to snack without all the added calories.

Heck yes!!! It only takes one time for you to realize how much willpower you truly have. I work with a bunch of ladies whom eat anything and everything in site. I stay my course and don't veer off my path. They're jeleous of all the weight I'm losing! While others are logging out we're working !!! Ninja style 😆

My big weakness especially now that I'm living in a warmer climate is Ice cream especially if it one of those with a peanut butter swirl in it. But I've tried to cut back on that unless I know I'm going to be doing extra things to burn off those extra calories.

It is so much harder to do it by yourself. Great job. I do find it easier if I don’t have any than having just a little.

I read one time that just smelling Fritos was enough to satisfy your hunger. Ha ha ha ha. Didn’t work I ate the whole bag!!
