I haven't been very consistent with tracking anything on here, but I'm relieved to see that I've actually lost some weight despite feeling like I've gained a bit.
Trying to cope with the final few weeks of postgrad as well as the sudden passing of my father have made my eating habits all over the place lately - some days I'm constantly snacking, some days I hardly eat at all, and I never get enough water in.
This might just be the kick in the pants that I needed to prioritise my health again after a difficult month.

Worse than I thought after months of not tracking and stressing and enjoying a holiday. Onwards and upwards, I suppose!

Dinner from two nights ago - this was amazing. Chicken, couscous, and the green herb slaw from Woolies tossed with some honey, sesame oil, and lemon juice.

Today's lunch! Couscous with pesto, smoked chicken, cheese, peppadews, and some seeds sprinkled on top. 350 cal for a very filling serving.
