First gain since April - not happy about it, but not completely upset either? I treated myself to brunch for finally booking a drivers test, and also tried a new cafe, both times splitting something sweet with a friend. I've had a good week, and sometimes experiences matter more than a shift on the scale.

Getting so close to my first goal! Ideally I'd like to lose another 5kg by the end of the year, which is very manageable if I work consistently.
I'm about 1/4 way to my final goal of 80kg. Sounds like a lot, but it works for my body type and I'm looking forward to getting there!
