Weaning myself from planning the next day because A I am obsessing about food, and B I don't stick to the plan, and C I know what to eat and what not to eat so I need to adjust the training wheels on the food and bump up my exercise plan. Going to the gym today at lunch and going to get in a weight session. Happy Hump Day!

I always find that too! I don't stick with what i plan, and so i am always thinking about food. I try to keep a variety of foods that are prepped and ready to go so i can just throw something together last minute, like eggs or a salad or veggie burger or whatever.

I obsess about food no matter what I do! But that is just me. Good idea Jengetfit123 about keeping foods ready. Since my boys are gone I have no excuse not to only keep what I/ME/MY BODY needs for food/fuel in the fridge and else where. Tonight is take out the trash night for "unknowns & unacceptables" in my freezer & cupboards!

Good luck. We “Type A” folks have a bit of a disadvantage when it comes to maintaining. IMO.
