Woke at 214.0, up .8 from yesterday after a big calorie day (with all the calories eaten near midnight)! Working from home so will flush a lot of water and coffee through. 2 PM UPDATE: Going to record all the stuff I ate and drank last night and market it as the "Super Whiskey Cleanse" as I am doing great in that department today! Looking forward to the pre-dinner weigh in. Still under my 1500 calorie per day target for the month, so I can eat 1627 per day for the rest of the month and still hit the number! UPDATE: Fasted until 6:30. Weighed in before that and got back to 211.2. Very successful day of losing water and bulk. Really enjoying OMAD, as I can go crazy on large dinners. Started with an avocado, followed by several ham sandwiches on lettuce, followed by a major omelet. There is NO going to bed hungry these days! And I get to eat every day!

Just saw the Zucchini Chicken dish. Looks fabulous. I don't eat as many veggies as I should because of the carbs. I checked your food on the web and saw it's not very high. Gotta try it. Thanks.👍
