You must not realize that these photos are not things I eat on a consistent basis, for that would be “unhealthy” but to break it down for you. For me to be “unhealthy” I would have to be, overweight to a high enough degree that causes problems with health, diabetes, stress on the heart/joints, being out of breath easily, no energy, high blood pressure etc. Or I’d have to be underweight to a degree that causes anorexia, & many of the same/worse problems. So for me, being someone who has never weighed over 140lbs, is currently losing fat while maintaining muscle and has better energy, stamina, blood pressure, strength & muscle now, then when I was 140lbs, even at that point I ate “worse” I’ve still never eaten in an “unhealthy” enough manner to cause any long term or short term health problems. but, as far as “eating healthy” goes comparing them to now, yeah I’m eating way healthier. So I do what I want.

Dead, just looking for attention? No one loses fat eating what you post. C’mon. Devil? Or devils advocate? I can lose fat on 2000 cals of keto and gain on 2000 cake. Thousand of people that have metabolic issues are just like me. I doubt you eat that crap 💩 and lose fat. I’m callin bullshit! If you want to be kind, do something useful... leave us white space and trim your posts down. Yes, I am fragile and a photo of chocolate cake is trigger. Bring joy, not pain.

lol🤣 so by making pointless assumptions about me when you know literally nothing about me, or what I do on a weekly basis, you ridiculously assume that I’m eating all of this and gaining tons of ugly fat?! 😱 OMG! Oh no! My secret is revealed I’m just eating all of these nasty foods and causing myself to balloon up and never lose any weight ever.... *sarcasm* hence why I am using a calorie counting app.... ugh 🤦🏻‍♂️ Wow that is just dumb. And 2000 calories is 2000 calories whether you choose to eat cake or veggies or fruit or whatever. If you want to get technical about that, all foods are not “equal” and they all contribute to various amounts of TEF (thermic effect of food) Sooo! Just because you’re having problems has nothing to do with me, you say you are “triggered” by food? Sounds like you’ve got an eating disorder, maybe it’s a mental problem, maybe you binge eat, well you should seek medical help for that!. Because plenty of other people, all over the world, can eat “cake” or (insert any food) and lose fat just fine. Hell Plenty of people who have been at your weight and lower, and higher, ALL OVER THE WORLD, have lost it. Look at anyone on here who has lost any type of weight. Just because “you” can’t do it (or rather you “think” you can’t) doesn’t mean AT ALL that it isn’t possible.

It's pretty obvious he's taunting fat people. Then pushing the whole, "CICO Flexible Macros" model that works fine for normal metabolisms, but not for us fatties. It's a shame his posts stay pushed to the top of the front page, whatever FS did to their algorithm, it's been messed up for over a year.

I also never pushed anything on anyone either Phil. I also never “taunted” anyone, either directly or indirectly, so by you assuming that just because I post pictures of foods is considering “taunting” that’s a ridiculous statement that is simply untrue, and if someone is offended by something is because they choose to take offense to it, doesn’t mean that it is offensive or not. So far the only people who have been rude on here have been ones being rude to me to begin with.

It's really as simple as sticking with what works for the individual...and while some see triggers, some see taunts, and some see delicious food that is clearly being enjoyed...what works for some won't work for others and we have to find our own balance...

Who cares what Deadpool posts?!! Getting triggered over someone else's dietary preferences & selections because they do not fit in your life style is just shooting yourself in the foot. If your letting other folks prodding at your defeat you then you've already lost the game, chin up mate live to your own measures & do what puts you in your own driver's seat. Having no ideal what kind of routine Deadpool lives or conducts his fitness levels on, or how he lives his life on a daily basis leave the judgement there of to him & no one else... You'll be much more satisfied & happy with your choices by not holding them up for comparison to others. I usually don't respond much in here & keep to myself, I'm the only one I have to answer to for my fitness & condition. If I posted my daily routines, meals, and exercise here I'm sure it would trigger someone who did not understand it & why I do what I do, but I do it for me. I've lost 25lbs since Feb 23, 2018 & am right on target to be where I want to by May. I came off of a 4.5 month long period of enforced low exercise from being in a shoulder immobilization device since October 31st 2017. I put on weight, now taking it off my average daily exercise burn rate is about +2000 calories.. Minimum 60 minutes on my Recumbent Trike on the Qubo Trainer @ 22 - 23mph average now, plus 40 - 60 minutes per day of shoulder rehab & calisthenics I can do. I guarantee people will be triggered by that statement alone, posting my dietary intake would trigger some, especially without posting the above extra work out duties I am doing. With my BMR, normal daily activity & work out my daily average burn is in the 500 - 5500 calorie per day range. My intake is 1500 - 2000 calories per day from wake to bed time. Why get triggered, you're the only one who is upsetting yourself... Lighten up (really no pun intended) do what you need to do for you, that which works for you & move along. Nothing to see here!! I know, you are the Devil here haha ​​food is an addiction for many, like alcohol or drugs, and seeing those photos is a temptation, it's not for me anymore, I'm in contact with desserts, cookies, chocolates, fries , etc daily in my house because I have a small child at home and I have already learned to control myself, at least 80%, you have a good metabolism, I am glad for you. "ahh you have no power here over the others, your food does"

If a picture causes you to stumble, what do you do at the grocery store?? Yes, food may be an addiction for some, just like drugs or alcohol, but if it is, then you need counseling to get to the root of WHY you have that addiction. For folks that don't have an honest to goodness addiction, it's simply a matter of self control. What you have to remember is you only have the power to control yourself and what you do/how you react. We have absolutely no control over other people, in any way. When you stop blaming other people for YOUR choices and hold yourself accountable for what you choose to put in your mouth, you will be a lot happier.

I'm not taunted by it, I truly don't care. But others are, and you do it on purpose, for whatever reason. That's on you. You say you don't eat like that all the time, but I've seen you post some take out this or that every day since I've been back the last week, not that I care, but you're not being honest. Yafg pretty much admitted that he agrees you do it to taunt, he just called it prodding, and instead of calling you out on it put it back on the people being prodded to ignore it. All fine and dandy, just don't feign innocence and insult other people's intelligence by pretending you're not being deliberately provocative. Like Keilin, I've got young child at home that's eating Skittles right now, I'm not the least bit moved. I do think it's good practice for us fatties to look at and be around, "tempting" food, and resist the urges, but that for each individual to decide, not something that should be done to taunt.

I've been on the Low Carb and High Fat diet long enough to where those picture don't even appeal to me anymore. It just looks fattening.

I gotta admit Deadpool, I’ve never heard of a grilled Mac n’ cheese sandwich. And I probably could have gone the rest of my life without knowing about it. LOL 😆

Many of us were 29 years old at one point Deadpool and did not have a problem eating what we wanted. As a matter of fact at 29 years old I would not have joined a site like this. Most people begin having problems when they're older. They come to this site for information, support and hopefully getting healthier. Some people have had a problem their whole life and once again I realise that I have said this before and you were upset to the point of telling me "We're done". If a mother has 4 children and they all eat the same respective to their age and one child has a weight problem then we must conclude that CICO does not always work.

LSG, when I go to the grocery store, which is rare, I stick to the outside ring where the nutrition can be found. In addition, I had special glasses made that only allow me to see healthy food choices, so as not to be seduced by 💩 fat loss stymying concoctions. If the kid’s message was about celebrating or failing or planned indulgence, I might be less irritated. And it’s a passing irritation. I’ve seen a few of Deadpool’s posts and I don’t see anything other than attention-seeking and misinformation about Calories In-Calories Out, which is just silly. Eating disorder terminology and I mean the kind of damaging lies that cause patients to weigh their food and poop and vomit to determine if they had too much that day. He seems to be a bit banal and pedestrian, making foolish statements about things he pretends to understand. I would love be to be wrong, but I’ve been around a long time and I see damaging patterns. I speak for myself here, but think this site is fantastic to help each other through accountability.
