detoxing today..after wednesdays ride/workout on zwift..had a meltdown..rode 6 days in a row an didnt even notice i hadnt had a day off..i write it down on a calendar i have by recliner..and body wasnt all that tired..but guess little voce was trying to tell me something other day..weight has been going up..but figured out why...to much salt...to many fat bombs..so both those issues are taking care of...

was in upper 60s here yesterday..was so nice..today in the upper 40s..not so nice..the nicer days just make it harder to get thru the cooler ones..

did get a ride in this morning..didnt really push it..got 20.1 miles in..little over an hour..just wanted to get a workout/ride on zwift..get them endorphines racing thru my body..

just gonna take it easy rest of day..stay in an stay warm..

feels good to journal..and clear my mind of my thoughts..i know i only took one day off..but it was hard to stay off fs...
