glad its over..not fond of that route..but its a workout..actually after having 2 days off..didnt really even want to ride inside...but with hard frost on ground an roofs..to cold outside to get a ride in..an only 51 for a high today..so even if i get a ride in around noon..gonna be a cool ride..not sure about riding later..depends on if i can work in the ride or not..busy day..


well..need to get outta riding clothes..get salad prepped..get things going...

Morning my honorable mentors...Im up and moving/ hobbling lol Im getting my exercise in today Sergeant Mike off the market first and then I'm going to move it... move it... move it ....down stairs to creating my routine... great now hav the Madagascar song in my head lol Also morning my lovely Patty and Murph..hope your day is a great one;)

see where you was headed off to jungle jims maxie...an i thought you was gonna be swinging thru the grape vines...lol...would be great exercise...but im sure tomow you wouldnt be able to raise your arms...lol

I read the link, kinda made me sad. My Fatherinlaw got me biking in a serious way, back in the early 70's He rode well into his 80's. He would take off at dawn and return some 12 hours later. Amazing man!
