Woke at 213.0, up a puzzling 2.4 after a 1000 calorie, one meal keto eating day yesterday! Amazing amount of sodium in the pork rinds I ate at dinner, so that is probably the culprit. No Lasix this morning and back to work downtown, so let's see what happens. Doing 16:8 IF so will eat at noon and then again at dinner. UPDATE: Did not eat dinner until 7:30. But weighed 213.6 before that, so the waking weight is today's low. I had pork rinds at lunch again and am probably retaining water from that sodium overload! Ate a big dinner (well, added a piece of keto pumpkin pie and two glasses of red wine). So ended up at 2002 calories, which should shock the body after yesterday's 1000. Will eat lighter tomorrow. Popped two Lasix with dinner to drop some water weight.
