I'm realizing that it's extremely hard to follow the plan at work. I work 12 hr days so I tend to want to snack to get through the shift. I did manage to succeed yesterday.

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs (I rushed to work this morning)
Snack: 2 Tablespoons of Almond Butter
Lunch: Tuna (with a lil mayo, onions and boiled egg), ceasar salad (with Ranch dressing), and strawberries
Snack: Turkey Cold Cut
Dinner: Garden salad (with Sweet vidalia onion dressing...made by Ken's)

weighed in this morning and voila! More weight lost. I'm not going to weigh myself again until late in the week. This weighing myself everyday does get discouraging because my weight tends to fluctuate throughout the day. Today I have one more 12 hour shift to go then I'm off for two day :-). I think I will jog for 30 minutes tomorrow...yeah I think I will!!!
241.7 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 96.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Can you bring a cooler with all the food you need for your work day. That way when you get hungry, you just reach in the cooler. You are doing great!

Thanks Suzi...That is a good idea. I think I may try. I workin a hospital and believe it or not the choices in the cafe are HORRIBLE!!! Fried chicken nuggets, burgers, cheese steaks, pizza...the list goes on and gets worse. I think I will take these next two days off and regroup. Plan my meals...and start packing. Thanks again!!!
