The following meal is rated PG13: 2 eggs, 4 bacon strips, 1 deli cheese, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and mushrooms all sitting in between a sesame seed bun. It was in my belly in less than 3 minutes. Whoa Nelly!!!!! Believe it or not, I am still on track for a daily avg net carbs of 60 grams for the month Sep which I've even factored 100 grams for next week's last Thirst Thursday of the month in my spreadsheet. It's all about the trend. I am 9 days away from a daily target of 36 net carbs. Onwards.

@T8U9, nope. I planned for 4 low carb beers last night and ended up with 3 AND 6 unexpected glasses of wine...Thirsty Thursdays. The wine made me eat this breakfast. The bread felt great holding in my hands and chewing it. For damage control, instead of going out to lunch someone in the office, I asked for a raincheck and sat at my desk and had Coach Ches Soup (I will post pictures of the soup this weekend.) The soup was INCREDIBLE!!!!

I've started using pita bread ...mom2boxers told me about it..low carbs..60 calories..you might look into that..then you could plan on more drinky...lol
