Today, I survived the French Fries apocalypse. I got on my commuter van at 5:30 AM this morning and one of my van mates mentioned burgers and fries they had last night for dinner. 7 hours later, my counterpart in the office had McDonald's french fries for lunch and 7 hours after that, I walked into the house greeted by a burger and fries the wife made for dinner.

I resisted the fries and had the burger without the bun and less wine than last night but more than a glass(Trying to find the optimal daily quantity that keeps this journey fun and the weight loss progressing)

Kicking a$$ and taking names.

Lets go!!!!!!

Beautiful dinner! --- Yeah I've been family with mixed feelings. One person getting fit and becoming energetic means others take a look at themselves and maybe feel it's time to up their own game. I tried to be supportive of BH, as well as I could, but for all my good intentions, I felt a lot of inner resistance. Still do, sometimes. Still grey areas where I'm not sure what's supportive. Hope things get less mixed at yours.

Thanks all. This was a heavy meal to consume 2 hours before going to bed. I will have to make some adjustments tonight. I get stuffed even thinking about it.
