Up early today. Cooked some Ket/Low carb recipes I received from my buddies here. Thank you...I'll have good food to eat and serve all weekend.

I am a little anxious ( for no real reason) but I have to be on guard . I will not eat to salve my anxiety . Not today! Not on Keto Lo Carb.

Judy you pretty much nailed it. If you have the keto stuff around, it's a whole lot easier to not eat the stuff you're actively avoiding.

Cooking and planning ahead of time is an excellent plan! Good for you! Eating when I'm anxious leads to more anxiety and guilt, which leads to more eating to kill the guilt. It's just a train wreck. Try to find some coping skills when you feel anxious like deep breathing, some yoga sequences, tai chi, go for a walk, meditation...

Horseshu my hero....Yoga this morning a must. Meditation.... did 15 min. I know , I know. ...and off to the fireworks. Yep ...nuts it is! See Keto!

4th-- Happy Holiday. I buy and indulge in all things Keto now....Jars and Jars or nuts ....and steaks ...and eggs...and cheese....YUM and Keto!
