LOL I pretty much despise salads! It's why I precut a basic salad mix for the week in a huge bowl and put the normal wet ingredients in a smaller bowl. Then throughout the week I'll put hot or cold ingredients to it to make it different any way I can! 😜 HB eggs, nuts, seeds, small amounts of berries, mandarin pieces, a section of orange and teriyaki (little bit of sauce) chicken, two or three tortilla chips, some beans (1/4 cup) and cheese w/ salsa that kind of stuff. Mixing hot with cold, crunchy and sweet, adding veggies and greens I've never eaten before, different cabbages. Alot of the things for additions can be frozen in small quantities and used in salads in later weeks in single serve portions. Not chips, but a small bag can be parsed up into snack bags for multiple meals to not kill the WOE. If you can't control that, don't go there and sub something else. 😆
