a day off gooooooood sunday morning everyone...just to tired to peddle today...after my bike ride yesterday...grass outside was callin my name...so after lunch went out an cut grass an got a suntan...got alittle more tan for the week..this morning just to tired to do a ride...gotta go to walmart after while an get the weekly supplies..but wont take long..just picking up about 5-6 things...take longer to drive there..then it will take in the store...
bike mileage for this week..58.37 bike mileage for last week..32.74
rode one extra day this week..have also decided to only weigh in one day per week..just tired of recording a loss an then the next day the loss i record i have to add back on..or so it seems...an even though i have been following my food journal 100 percent..i also know im loosin in inches an gainin muscle in my legs from the riding..so im still winning an thats what its all about ...stickin with a plan an seeing results one way or another...
