goooooooooood friday morning...welp..another one of them nites where i only got 4.5 hours of sleep...wasnt cause i watched tv this time..i did go to bed early enough to sleep, but woke up after only an hour an then was awake until 11 or later...just was wide awake...just came home from my morning weight/cardio workout...glad its over for 2 days...was hard to get thru it...not hard in as couldnt do it...just wasnt in the mood to be there...cut and trimmed grass yesterday...looked nice when i got done...but was a warm one..started off cloudy but then the sun come out an made up for it being cloudy to start off with...errands to do again this morning...then not sure what is on my to do list for mom...im thinkin she lays awake at night to think of things to do...

FRIDAY

Military Press
Set 1-5: 10 x 50 Lbs + 15 lbs for bar

Barbell- Bent Over Row
Set1- 5: 10 x 50 .Lbs + 20 for bar

dumb bell flys
set 1-5 ..10x15 lbs

Abductor
Set 1-5: 10 x 140 Lbs

10 min on hill prog, 20 res....elliptical
10 min , hill program 4 res...recumbant bike
rest time

THANKS mightfull and bren..actually not doing all that much today..been one of them run errands and clean out some drawers to make room for more check statements...easy stuff..but still takes time...
