I am so proud of myself, I have now completed a strict induction of 92 DANDR. I have beat the sugar cravings it is wonderful to be sated and not thinking about my next meal and when I can do it. I have been working out almost daily. My life is so full right now that I feel so blessed. Lost 13/.6 pounds in that time.. Looking forward to the next week.
