Looking forward to the next 3 days of camping and hiking. Loving the DANDR plan of Atkins... It is awesome feeling so much better and boy the energy level is amazing. Wished I would have known about it before I spent over a month on NANY. I do believe NANY works for some people, just not for me I just can't that much food all day. Setting July's goals 8 pounds this month. Work up to one hour long workouts each day instead of doing 30-45 minutes. Stay on plan totally.
