goooooooood mornin everyone!!!!...42 this morning ..with a wind chill of 39...guess i better enjoy it ..weather man is sayin colder weather is on the way once again...i kno i kno...last thing you wanted to hear this early in the morning..lol...i did manage to wake up earlyer today..so im actually ahead of the schedule this morning...now if only my fingers would wake up an hit the right keys, or is that my mind thats still asleep...yesterday afternoon even though i didnt hit the gym yesterday i still managed to do an inside walk...so ended up with around 11,000 steps ..todays plan is to do a morning walk, then head to the gym an do a routine...yes intervals on the treadmill for a new workout to build up on it..then after lunch another afternoon walk inside..already been on the scales..nothin to report..guess my body is just stuck...lol...but i kno im not gainin as i had the 42s on last night..just testing to see how im doing..they are gettin easier to fasten...so i kno even if the scales arent showing any progress, i am in inches...well...need to end this journal an start gettin layered up again..time to be headed out the door for that morning walk...have a great day everyone...and catch you all later...in case you miss it..i posted a newsletter from jillian michaels i get about grazing in a journal entry yesterday...

10. At Lunch Eat Fewer Calories !!!!!
11. At Supper Eat Even Fewer !!!!
12. Water !!! ..Water !!! ...Water !!!...Flush Out Your System !!!
13. Keep Track Of Your Salt Intake !!!!!
14. Taking Days Off To Rest Is Necessary... For Recovery !!!
15. Doing Hi-Intensity Workouts Builds Up My Heart Muscles So That I Can Get More Oxygen Into My Body To Burn Off More Of The Calories !!!!!
16. Dont Starve Your Body Of The Calories It Requires !!!!
17. Exercising Should Become An Enjoyable Experience That You Look Forward To Each Day !!
18. And Lastly ....Your Only In Competetion With Yourself...Do The Best You Can Do Everyday !!!!!

I am diggin' Goal Number 17 and Goal Number 18 this morning! For me - personally - exercise has been the "fat" secret to keeping the weight off and not "creeping" back up! For me - personally - learning not to compare myself with others in any manner has helped tremendously! Thanks for posting your goals so often! They are helpful reminders to so many! Have a mighty fine day!

just got home from runnin errands, my morning walk, gym time...so far 18931 in steps and its only 10 am..with still an afternoon walk to get in after lunch...so nice out today in the 50s...sun is shinnin an o so nice...but its only a dilusion...just a tease to keep me going until spring gets closer...

What type of pedometer do you have. I have had a really cheap one and it didn't seem to work. Is there a middle of the road one I could get :)

my pedometer is a omron hj-112...i got mine online at walmart..had it for over a year well worth the money...and something im glad i bout to motivate me...
