RISE AN SHINE!!!!...GOOOOOOD MONDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!...just got off the scales...cant believe the loss it showed so will wait until tomow to record it...mabye there will be more to add...lol..yesterday i spent 3-4 hours outside workin on the drive gettin the last of the ice off of it...its been so warm here the last 3 days that 10 inches of snow is almost all melted...an thats great..lol...feelin very focused once again on my eating an exercise...ive been really stickin to what i put in my menu the last 4-5 days an i can tell a difference in how its payin off on the scales..i havnt been close to my points, but i have been high on fiber and it seems to be workin nicely...and since ive started eating only what i put on the menu, and not cheating like i had in the past i feel more focused an more true to myself as well...and thats what its all about being true to yourslf and accomplishing your goals...its suppose to be in the 40s again today so im hopin after my gym workout i can do the sidewalk an get the ice off of it and then hopefully that will be the last major snow/ice storm of the year here...i have noticed how much better shape im in to do the drive this year compared to years in the past..as most of my neighbors have atvs, snowblowers, lawn tractors to use on ther drive i shovel ours and yes it would be nice to have the easier way to do it, im thankful that i can do the drive and reap the rewards from it...well...i need to get this butt up an movin...so i can head to the gym in an hour an get a workout in...then hopefully chippin rest of the ice off the sidewalk, then after lunch an inside walk...soon as all the snow is melted an gone, il be bck to doing morning walks again...which hopefully will be later on this week, since the temps are suppose to be warmer by thursday or friday...HAVE A GREATTTTTTTTT MONDAY!!!!!...catch you all later!!

DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!! 8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!! 9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!! 10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!! 11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!! 12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!! 13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!! 14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!! 15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!! 16.
