GOOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE !!!!... well another one of them cold mornings that you just want to roll over an forget about gettin outta bed...5 outside...wind chill -11...furnace is workin overtime...sittin here tweakin my food menu tryin to get up to the points im suppose to be up to...and really i just dont see it happening right now...i feel like id be piggin out to have all them points...the way i have it right now, my fiber is 2x what it was..an im sure thats great...and once i get off the heavy whipped cream again my fat will go down by 10...just a tweak here an a tweak ther...no walk or workout again today...i just dont want to get out till i have to...an since i dont have to...im not !!!!!..lol...did make some more cookies yesterday...yeap thats right more temptations !!!!..but o well...im sure they will be given away if the right people come by...lol..weather man is sayin chance of rain, sleet, snow ...you name it...but until it hits the ground...dont matter whats comin...lol...called friend last night an told him to dang cold to think about workin on any cars or trucks...he agreed...he was teasin me about wanting to split some wood yesterday morning...i told him if he had called id a had to turn him down...he just laughed...said he almost called just to raz me...then he called me a pansy....i told him least i was a warm pansy...lol...he just laughed along with me...next year we are splittin wood when its summer...heck with splittin it in freezin weather....gonna have to teach him better i guess !!!!!!...id think he would learn by now...lol...well need to go an tweak food menu some more...looks like im gonna be eating different food tryin to get my ww points up higher, but lest i will be eating more like i should instead of just enough to get by on....have a great day...keep warm as you can!!!!....catch you all later...

Your food calendar really looks good. The points problem is a good one to have. Try adding some more vegis, nice colorful ones. It won't increase the points alot but will jazz up your menu. A little more milk will help the calories without alot of thought.

thanks for the advice....tomow is store day so im stuck with whats in the cuboards today...tryin to addon each day to get the points up..adding onto the food menu to get the points up is a learning process as well...

I can't give you much advice about food but I will say that today is a great day to stay indoors. Take care! Does your house have "dry" heat? Ours does. Sometimes we even put Vicks Vapor Rub in our nostrils! Ha! Have a good one!

NUTS! Nuts are good for you, and will add points - just don't overdo. Sometimes I'll put a tablespoon of sliced almonds on my salad. Or mix walnuts and raisins in serving size baggies as a quick energy snack! Where is this guy calling my twin a pansy? Let me at him!

Hey Mike and Veggies, it's going to be a wintery mix tomorrow and then Wednesday it's SUPPOSED to go to 35 and rain and CHRISTMAS IS SUPPOSED TO BE 43!!! YAY!!!

When I first started WW, I had the same issue - I started at 33 pnts. But it will not be a problem for long - now I have 27 and wish it was 33 again!! haha! And I agree about the milk thing - it will help run up your points - even skim.

thanks everyone..i do appreciate the help...eating more is hard for me cause im just not use to eating this much...like right now i still have desert to eat, and im not even hungry for it...hopefully once i start exercising again that will change...but i really dont expect it to...cause im just use to eating so much...
