Morning Isabel and all my other FS buds. Still s@#wing here. Not a lot, but just enough to make things a bit slick in spots. YUCK!!!!! My tree is pretty. Don't know how much more will get done, as I have NO FREE TIME to spare. Once out of the barn, I eat breakfast, and I'm on the road. I've not been home at all this week so far. Not liking it. Not even had time to spend job searching. Guess, I should be looking for that instead of coming here, BUT I JUST CAN'T DO IT. My love for this seems more important to me. Weird right? Oh well!!!!! A day full of meetings and suppose to have a Christmas Party afterwards. I probably won't stay for the party part. Really need to get something done here. The house is a wreck. I NEED A MAID!!!! Guess, I better get a job before a Maid though.lol Hope all have a wonderful day and PLEASE stay safe all.:)

Be safe in your travels, watch those road conditions....Glad you got your tree up, did same here....been a little tricky, with my grandson as well, he is two, and anything that lights up or glitters definitely catches his eye....but oh, he is so much fun...!Sorry you been so hectic, try to make some time for you....this time of the year there never seems to be enough time in the day.. just breathe:)

Oh Laurie, busy busy busy! I bet your grandson loves seeing that tree! We don't have ours up yet as I can't do it with my arm yet! And mr Scrooge won't do it as he hate Xmas! Watch out for those roads and the idiots that drive on them some times!

Morning! I so appreciate you giving me something to read while I drink my coffee! And its nice to say hi to you too. I too find coming to this site more important than anything else these days! Yes, its kinda weird but I just accept it and don't worry about it. I hate having to sign off and go back to work - LOL. Can I ask you are doing that you are out running around all the time, are you Christmas shopping? And having to look for a job sucks. Hope this one lasts until I can safely tell them to stuff it. Didn't you know they still believe in fairies...the Christmas Fairy, the Housecleaning Fairy, the Dinner's ready fairy.....it just happens, it all comes together. What a world they live in....LOL

Well Isabel, it's not that I want to be on the roads because I would rather stay home. My daughter had a dentist appointment yesterday. My grandson had a doctors appointment Monday and I have a meeting today. Todays meeting is with the company I had the client through. They say they might have a person for me. I just don't know if I am ready for that again. I would rather work out of the home, but then who would take care of the animals. That is why I've been thinking about getting rid of the rest of mine(or I should say, the ones I take care of). Oh well, enough of that. Just finished breakfast and need to get ready for my meeting.YUCK. Glad you enjoyed reading my journal this morning. Have a great day my friend.:)

Becarefull on the road today. We finally got some sunshine this morning.

busy lady! go hire a maid, even if it's temporary thru the holidays - so worth it! it's cold & cloudy here today - makes me want to stay in bed under the covers, but no suck luck. i'm usually fine with winter but for some reason this year it just seems colder and i'm not down with that! stay warm, sunshine!!

Sophie, I know how you feel about being cold all the time. It's because we are losing our insulation.lol We will just have to put more clothes on. At least we can take that insulation off a pack it away until we need it again.lol

Laura, no such luck with candles and a bath. Shower yes, bath no. I usually end up having intruders(grandson). Got to love that little guy. He has brought so much joy to me this year. If my daughter should ever move out on her own, I would be heartbroken and totally lost. They have been my angels. My God sends. Hope you had a great day and talk soon my friend.:)
