Hi my name is Deborah and I am 46 years old. I have recently started the Atkins Diet. I have about 25 lbs to lose.

I have tried using the Metabolic Diet System in the past and had some success, however, the diet is extremely rigid. Low Cal, Low Carb, Low Fat, limited and redundant food choices makes it hard to incorporate for the long run. Must say though, that having been on Metabolic has given "Diet Brain", so having some difficulty wrapping my head around the Atkins For Life....who knew you could eat Butter and still lose weight! :)

Looking for Buddies to share this journey. Believe sharing successes and yes, even setbacks keeps us motivated and focused.

Question: Can You Enter Nutritional Values into the Diet Calendar
I have used a recipe...for Cream Mushroom Soup...Atkins/Induction Friendly...is there any way to enter the values of just one serving, as the recipe is for 6 servings....if I enter the ingredients individually in the Diet Calendar it provides the values for all 8 servings...?

Water Intake
I have never been an avid "water" drinker, I am having a hard time consuming even the minimum 64 oz, especially with the weather being cooler.

If I add Crystal Light to my water, does that count? I think this may help.

Any suggestions, please help.
