GOOOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!...slowly wakin up this morning to 27 outside an no wind chill...i have a day off from friends today ..we got the transmission bck in late yesterday, and so i have today off to run mom around, then tomow if its not rainin, headed bck out to friends to help split wood for next 2 days hopefully...or thats the plan right now...then the week after xmas another transmission to work on...i kno the last 2 days have wore me out from bein on my feet more thru the day...and the supplement ive been takin for my knee is workin great...i just cant believe how well its workin ...to actually be pain free after bein on my knee for that many hours in a day...its nice once again...so anyways gettin ready to eat breakfast an then get layered up..gonna get a morning walk in before the freezin rain comes today...then do a gym workout...still tired from last 2 days but hopefully that feelin will leave once i get up an start movin around more...feeling more focused since ive started doing my morning walks again...really hate the days that its to slick an i cant get them in...well need to get going...im runnin alittle behind today...didnt want to get up..lol...catch you all later...have a great one!!!

addon...after my morning walk, i decided id take today off from the gym...get some rest an be rested tomow to get that workout in...just still tired...

Good morning Buster! I like reading your journal about the transmission, splitting wood, and working out. It is a nice break from cookie recipes, child care, and estrogen replacement therapy. He-he-he-he-he-he-he! My dad was mechanic and an auto body repirman who had his own shop so I relate to engines descending on chains from trees above old stock cars! I know we always talk about the weather but I hope that rain does not freeze today! Enjoy the day - Dude!

morning walk is over...was slick in spots where it didnt melt yesterday..now im headed to the gym...dont really feel like it..but i gotta keep tellin myslf tomow is friday and then i might take 2 days off...lol...
