GOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...WOW...50 outside!!!...but its been rainin all nite...odd weather for dec....when i woke at 2 and it was pourin, i turned off the alarm clock figured id just sleep in instead...gonna get ready for the gym after while an then head out to friends to finish on the car we was workin on...friend went to choirpractor yesterday for his back...so he will be tellin me what to do again except i will be on the creaper tightening up the last of the job...as hes got another appointment today to get his back put bck into place..so hes on light duty today...lol..he gets to hand me the tools instead of me handin him the tools...hes the certified mechanic with all the kno how and the tools to go along with the knowledge...if i have a hammer, screwdriver, cresent wrench an a pair of plyers, i can work on almost anything...lol...if i cant fix it with them tools, then its broke an needs more then me for help...well need to get up an going once again...hope you all have your xmas presents bout an under the tree...its gettin close...i usually buy myslf something for xmas or my birthday as both days are within 2 to 3 weeks of each other, but i just havent decided what i want this year...had thought about bib insulated overhauls as they would be something i could use outside, but not sure thats what i want...alot of years ago i bout myslf a turquoise belt buckle that i still wear to this day with the memories that go along with it...and when i buy myslf something on a special day like either one, then i try to make it something that i can associate a great memory with and this year since ive lost the weight that i have...i want to make it somethin really special that i can look at and remember all the hard work that got me to this point in life...well have a great day...catch you all later today....

also been thinkin lately when im not loosin the weight like i once did..its comin off still just not as fast as it once was...i guess most of my fat in my upper body has trimmed to muscle..which is a good thing, as below my hips are the same, pretty well trimmed...all thats left to work on is my tummy area...the hardest part to loose from...along with the fact that its winter, an less to do to keep busy factors in..right now this time of year is maintaining an taking any loss that i can...an just keepin a watchful eye on the scales an the size that im tryin to get into...getting into the 42s have been a struggle...as the weight just doesnt fall off like it did several months ago...im havin to fight for every half pound now...and i knew that eventually it would get to that point...i just have to stay consistent and determined to get me thru the winter time so i can hit it hard again during the summer months when theres more to do and less hours in a day to do it...lol...have a great day...

The closer you get to goal, the more the weight loss does slow down. Do you get tired of tuna? Did you ever try the canned white meat chicken in water? It's good too. Wow! 50 today?? We're not done with the winter storms, yet. Saturday night we are supposed to get up to 5 inches of snow!! I have a hammer, screwdrivers and of course my shoes, which I usually pound on stuff, with. LOL!

That is a great feeling to take satisfaction in the hard work you have put into the process. It isn't easy -- is it! Keep up the great work at the day-by-day process. Here I go again talking weather with you -- seems like tornado weather out there to me! Eerie!

why sure i been a very good boy !!!!...im always good...well good as i can be under the circumstances...lol...bein the evil twin, i try an live up to my high standards...lol...but santa knows that deep down inside..when the evil twin in me isnt playin jokes im a good person...usually when i wrap xmas presents, i just wrap em...this year when i wrapped presents for family members i put em in triscut boxes, cracker boxes, so when they unwrap em they are thinkin ...o boy a box of triscuits...lol...surprise...nope...just your present inside an some paper to hold it so it dont rattle...lol...good thing you mentioned being good to his reindeers, il have to remember to leave santa some carrots along with his cookies so he can give Rudolph and the rest of the team some snacks as well...just hope santa has been on a healthy lifestyle change as well...i have a small chimney...and hes gonna have to do some grunting to slide down this one...lol..let alone get bck up thru it....so he can ride thru the sky to your house...
