I can't wait till I can start running again. I'm too heavy. I'll blow out a sneaker like a tire on an eighteen wheeler.
Keep up the running!

You had some days with high fat/calories but your monthly average is 1300 kcal. And this variance is great for your metabolism. Continuous low calories act as a threat message to your thyroid and it produces less T3.

Tassos67, Thank you for the input! We'll see how it goes, I don't actually track all my calories on this app. If I had to guess I'm closer to consuming 1600 calories a day. I snack a lot 😅😵

Big Boned But Toned, I feel you! I should've waited until I was "lighter." I have messed my ankles and knees a few times on my weight loss journey. Stay safe, you got this 🔥 What work outs have you been doing? I take breaks and do chair cardio every other day 😁

If you feel healthy, I wouldn't mess with the caloric intake. Our bodies naturally fluctuate 5 pounds daily just from water consumption. The number on the scale is just a number.

Kind of along with what Tassos said, maybe your metabolism is resetting to your new body weight and activity level. They say it can be done.

JustBananas, You are right on that! Especially, since my sodium levels are higher now, than when I was actively losing weight. I'll give it another week. I just don't want to lose more... I like the curves I have- don't want to lose it.

br_e_co, Right! Weird how I wanted this to happen LAST MONTH 😐🤣

Joelmel, I honestly didn't believe that could be done... however that would make some sense. We'll see! I guess I should be happy that I am not gaining. I just like the figure I currently have.

Thanks Meepers! Chair cardio LOL That reminds me of that "Sit and Be Fit" exercise show on PBS. Currently, I'm working my way up to 30 minutes on the stair climber (stepper) at 4-5 intermittent speed. Yesterday was the first day I could go 30 minutes. After I get on the ellipse for 20 minutes. Lastly, I walk on the treadmill on a 6 incline at 3.0 for 10-20 minutes. What I would like to start doing is wearing a weighted vest when walking. Might be a bit much now, but I really want to ease into its use.
Yeah, watch those knees and ankles. Great job on the loss! Holy crap.

Big Boned But Toned, Oh God my legs feel tired after hearing your work out routine! Walking or running on an incline is killer, but your legs are going to LOOK AMAZING! Also, I actually really like chair cardio- my abs are on fire afterwards though 😭

Derek4Real, Thank you! Took me a few months to get here. I'm still shocked that my endurance is getting better. Good luck on your journey! Your food journal looks awesome.
