Thin & fit all my life except for 2 years as a Big Girl. Used Covid Lockdown to lose weight and restore my health, trying out a few diets along the way. Just fine-tuning at this point and living by example.

Exercise: Pilates, yoga, swimming, dancing, resistance bands, walking, hiking.
